About Craig Fitzpatrick

Everything in the body is interconnected, and the site of pain is rarely the cause of pain. Once balance returns, the body often discards other dysfunctions. I have experienced this myself and have also seen this in my clients over the years. It is exciting to be part of these achievements and rewarding to overcome difficult plateaus with them. I am also keenly aware of the value of a good-natured and gentle sense of humor within my practice. I've worked with clients ranging from young athletes to seniors recovering from severe cardiac and muscle skeletal injuries. When a client—regardless of their level of fitness or age—leaves a session feeling better and stronger, they have more incentive to return and work harder. But I have seen that incentive grow exponentially if they also feel cared for, safe, and if we have shared some laughter.
