With over 30 years experience in the Equipment business (OEM and Dealer level) I have gained a well rounded knowledge of market trends, operations experience, logistics experience, marketing, parts sales, purchasing, manufacturing, warranty, quality, continuous improvement and customer relations. I am a self starter with strong skills in customer support, marketing, Six Sigma project management and implementation, quality, team building and multi department collaboration. I have effectively trained hundreds of dealer users domestically and internationally in the use of dealer specific tools and processes.I have successfully worked with multi-functional teams to exceed parts sales targets, completed Continuous Improvement projects improving overall product quality, successfully delivered new or updated dealer systems leading to increased efficiency and ease of use. Throughout my career I have worked across all functional areas of the business to accomplish a better customer experience and favorable business results.
