About Craig Hendry

I help teams ship smarter, not just faster. With over 10 years of experience in product operations, product management, and digital transformation, I specialise in scaling product development functions, improving efficiency, and aligning teams around clear goals, outcomes, and rhythms. I've delivered global platforms across high-code, low-code, and data-driven products, working with in-house, nearshore, and offshore teams. My experience spans cross-functional collaboration, bridging engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, product, and UX, launching new products, streamlining delivery, and embedding best practices that support innovation, team well-being, and growth. Comfortable working with everyone from junior team members to the C-Suite, I bring a product and solutions-driven mindset to both internal and customer-facing work. I thrive on bridging the gap between strategy and execution, helping teams gain clarity, focus on what matters, and delivering with purpose. Currently looking for a senior role in product operations or product management, where strategy meets delivery, and continuous improvement is a valued part of the culture.
