As a Project Manager, I have over seven years of experience in managing construction projects from start to finish. My expertise lies in project management, project controls, consultant coordination, contracts administration, and risk mitigation. I am accountable for supervising project teams and overseeing the development of new building structures and refits or renovations to existing facilities. I ensure that projects progress on time, within budget, and in accordance with design plans. I also coordinate with cross-functional teams, consultants, engineers, inspectors, contractors, and subcontractors. Additionally, I optimize site processes to ensure exceptional performance and implement safety procedures. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Western University, which has provided me with strong research, analytical, and communication skills. I am passionate about delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
