About Craig Hindle

I'm an experienced facilities and maintenance management professional with significant experience in private and public companies, manufacturing and office environments, and union and nonunion environments. Throughout my career I’ve managed people and projects; in the beginning it was managing the activities of contractors but as my experience grew I began managing larger groups and my own direct reports. While at Nestle I spent my first 10 years managing projects. My work always came in on time, on scope, and within budget. After a promotion I oversaw the maintenance department and its 69 tradesmen. This required coordinating maintenance for a three shift operation at three separate facilities. At Hunter Engineering I managed 13 employees in maintenance and janitorial roles but had broad responsibilities over the whole 36 acre site plus all construction management duties. My skillset includes project and construction management, budgeting, people management, mechanical and electrical equipment troubleshooting, AutoCAD, SAP Purchasing and Asset Management, Johnson Controls Metasys BAS, and Maintimizer and Maximo CMMS, Process Safety Management (PSM), Honeywell WinPak card access and Microsoft Office and Project. I've also administered all aspects of building security including burglary and fire alarms, key control, and access badge systems.
