About Craig Lamberson

Working on local construction projects as a carpenter, labor foreman and rod buster provided Craig with valuable, hands on, trade experience. His professional construction career began in 1976 upon graduation from the University of Florida, School of Building Construction. Since that time, he has served as a superintendent, estimator, project manager, project executive and owner’s representative on a variety of projects including schools, churches, office buildings, industrial/service centers and condominiums. After 6 1/2 years with a local general contractor, Craig served as owner’s representative for the development of Harbour Island in downtown Tampa. His responsibilities included management of infrastructure improvements, development assistance, construction of the athletic club and sales office, and oversight of the first two condominium phases. Later, as construction manager with Trammell Crow, he managed the construction of office, industrial and service center projects in Hillsborough, Pinellas and Polk Counties. Craig's areas of expertise include estimating, project scheduling, value engineering, conflict resolution and project management. His interpersonal skills, attention to detail and overall knowledge of the construction and development industry enhance his ability to provide owners with cost effective, time sensitive, high quality projects. Craig has successfully completed projects under General Contracting, Construction Management and Design Build methods of project delivery. Since joining DeLotto in 1991, Craig has developed longstanding relationships with a diverse commercial and residential client base. His expanded duties as President now include management of the firm’s day-to-day business operations. Craig often donates his time and professional experience in development due diligence, master planning, programming and pre-construction services to various would be clients, churches and non-profits across Tampa Bay.
