Craig has been very effective at strategic change management of his career. Craig has over a decade of experience as a top ranked and highly regarded biopharmaceutical sales leader. Craig is also a Field Based Trainer for Genentech. Seeing the change in health care and the increasing importance of managed care, Craig took the initiative and took classes in medical reimbursement and passed the comprehensive Medical Reimbursement Specialist certification exam. As such he is well versed in all areas of medical billing, coding, medical practice management and insurance. Prior to entering the biotech/pharmaceutical sales area Craig strategically worked at Boston's leading recruiting company during the software engineering dot.com boom of the late 90's and was one of the companies top producing recruiters. Prior to that Craig held a variety of positions in the industrial thermal processing field in sales as an individual contributor as well as sales and marketing management with bottom line responsibility for EBITDA and managed teams up to 60 people in both domestic and overseas markets. Internationally experienced Craig lived and worked in Australia as Managing Director of a Swedish companies subsidiary responsible for business in Australia and New Zealand. Craig also worked extensively in Europe calling on US military forces for several years. In a variety of industries and a variety of roles Craig had consistently delivered results and has exceeded the expectations of his managers.
