About Craig Leitch

I began my career in finance at Abacus Corporate Services in 2005, and following the acquisition of Abacus by Royal Bank of Canada in 2007 was offered a position within RBC Cees as an administrator in the Corporate Investments Team responsible for processing standard switch investments for employees of various EBT's and IPP's. I worked within the investments team for 5 years being promoted to Senior Administrator whilst also acting as the first point of contact to other team members and also at the same time mentoring new members of staff and junior members of the team. In 2010 I made a fresh start and changed to a new role within RBC Cees working as a Senior Administrator within the Participant Relationship Team, working alongside a Manager to administer a real estate portfolio of High Net Worth Clients in various structures (EBT’s, IPP’s and stand alone SPV’s). It was whilst working in this role I undertook and passed my Certificate in Offshore Administration. In 2016 I sought out a fresh challenge and began my journey at Hawksford as a Senior Trust and Company Administrator, where my responsibilities included the administration of a variety of structures including Trusts and Companies across multiple jurisdictions. After a successful start to my time at Hawksford I was promoted to Assistant Manager in January 2017. Then following the opportunity to lead the team I was promoted to Manager in May 2018 where I was responsible for managing a number of people from Trainee to Assistant Manager working together on a mixed portfolio of client structures. It was in this period that I enrolled and began my studies towards The Chartered Governance Institute Level 5 Subsidiary Diploma in International Finance. In March 2021 I embarked on an opportunity and joined TMF Jersey as a Senior Manager to assist with the growth and expansion of the Corporate & Institutional team, focusing on the global international presence that TMF has to offer its clients. After 9 months into the role I was promoted to Associate Director and took on the responsibility to lead the overall team. Whilst in the role I also completed my Level 5 Subsidiary Diploma in International Finance gaining various Pass, Merit and Distinction marks in each of the modules. In January 2024 I have begun the latest chapter of my career and joined Gen II as a Client Director, responsible for the management of a portfolio of complex corporate real estate clients and supporting the senior management team in the development and evolution of the business’s comprehensive suite of real estate solutions
