About Craig Leppert

I have experienced the good and the bad in the workplace over the years during my career. The bad experiences have provided me with the motivation and desire to work for a company with a great culture. It has also provided the drive to help other organizations improve the culture within so others don’t have the same negative work experience. I have experienced working in a toxic environment, poor communication, and management that doesn’t value the employees. My dreaded drive to the office on a Monday morning and feeling sick to my stomach. I have witnessed what happens when someone speaks up and gets pushed out the door for doing so. I have also experienced the good, working for a company that gives you a voice, values your opinion and treats you with respect. A place where you voice matters and is valued, open dialogue with senior management and complete transparency throughout the organization. A workplace that encourages personal growth and success. When leaders embody their culture’s positive values, the good example they set trickles down to all levels of the organization. My past experiences have lead me to ComplianceLine, a great example of the good, a place where employees excel, everyone collaborates and works together for the greater good. We are on a mission to change the world by improving organizations, reducing risk, and reinforcing cultures that give people a voice. I am excited I get to make a difference and have an impact on workplace culture.
