I expanded UCC agency’s annual budget from $2.8 million in 2014 to $11 million in 2024, increased staff capacity from 45 to 130 employees. I have scaled UCC’s services to impact over individuals annually. My 10 consecutive years of clean financial audits, and a proven track record of securing major grants to fund multimillion-dollar programs. I serve as Chairman of the Board for New Jersey Community Action (2025–Present) and NAACP Hudson County (2024–Present), where I champion social justice, equity.
