Now has 2 years experience within the Accounts Payable office starting from invoice reception and processing through to payment. Has been a member of a small Backlog team, then a Focus group dealing with a large number of inherited and problem issues, now dealing successfully with a large, multi-outlet, international group of companies, having reduced the number of outstanding invoices within the group substantially. Recently taken on another group of companies and brought them quickly to the same standing. Has a broad range of experience in the accounting process gained through other agency work, studies and preparation of farm accounts for parents, also has a good general range of sales and cash office experience gained from previous employment. Has practical experience and training in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), Sage 50 Accounts and E-financials. At present studying AAT level 3 through Home study. Prior to career change - A sales professional with over 10 years’ experience in the F.M.C.G. marketplace, 5 years spent in a junior managerial role. Has identified and delivered on key action points for sales team, leading to an increase of approximately 150% in the availability and visibility score.(A Company performance measurement). This improvement was then successfully maintained.
