I am a dedicated IT Business Analyst and Product Owner with a strong background in the Injury on Duty (IOD) domain. Over the years, I have developed expertise in helping drive business change initiatives through supporting software product development. I work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and manage requirements throughout the business change lifecycle. My skill set includes user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring test results meet acceptance criteria, as well as wireframing and process modeling to support effective solution design and implementation. I am committed to continuous professional growth by staying informed about technological advancements and actively learning new analysis techniques through reading, online resources, and hands-on practice.
