About Craig Newman
I was in private practice since 1981 and opened the Kennedy Blvd. Chiropractic Clinic in July of 1983. In April of 2018, I sold my practice to focus on running for Tampa City Council so I can use the skills I developed in years of leadership to help move this city forward. Our city has so much to offer I love the diversity we have to offer, in people, places and things. I want to focusing on our neighborhoods making them safe and walkable, having road safe for cyclist and pedestrians, alternative transportation to reduced the number of vehicles on the road, see buildings and homes built with sustainable material which are environmentally friendly and of course doing the things necessary to attract companies and encourage small business to move to Tampa.
