About Craig Oshea

I’m an IT professional with 5+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure support, recently progressing into Level 2 Linux Systems Support. My background started in IT operations, where I partnered with Windows, Linux, Storage, and Database teams to deliver efficient, high-quality support. Over the past year, I’ve transitioned into a dedicated RHEL Linux support role, taking on more technical responsibilities including: Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration and troubleshooting Filesystem and storage management (disk upgrades, LV resizing, cleanup) Backup & recovery operations with Rubrik (file and full server restores) Ansible automation — executing patching workflows, remediating failures, and applying minor code changes I’m motivated by building technical depth, streamlining operations through automation, and working closely with engineering teams to improve reliability at scale. Currently, I’m strengthening my Linux and automation expertise with the goal of advancing toward a full Linux Systems Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer path.
