About Craig Pearson

Over the past eight months I have evaluated and redesigned Welcome To LNER training. Devising a new way of delivering training for new entrants into the business. Due to Covid-19 we have reassessed how we deliver an induction and how we engage with people virtually. Using all technology available to us I have ensured all new entrants have the ability to log on day one and gain access to LNER preboarding and onboarding training. I have worked with our new fleet of high speed Azuma trains. Bringing them into service ensuring all on board crew are fully familiarised with their new environment. working within a business that is growing and building memories through investment and training. Over the past 14 years I have built up a fantastic understanding of customer service skills, Management and Training. I started off as a host onboard and progressed to Senior host. my current role is Azuma Onboard Trainer. This enables me to train over crew members and management how to use the new high speed train coming into service. Being a massive project Azuma has transformed our business from old to new from slow to fast and from tired to incredible.
