About Craig Peterson

I have served in industrial sales management, residential and commercial construction sales, project management and operational leadership roles over the past 30 years, with continued success in meeting business/operational goals. What I bring to a position is a high level of logical and applied mechanical aptitude and a combination of team leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills. My strengths lie in the ability to analyze core mechanical, operational and business functions and implement the most appropriate solutions that drive continual business growth. In previous positions, I have increased sales performance and motivated teams to meet employer objectives. My background and past work experiences include an emphasis in the following: • Twelve years in the automotive industry beginning at entry level and then progressing into sales, sales management, service sales, finance and after market areas. • Ten plus years in the flooring industry provided a great deal of training and education in installation techniques, sales of tools and sundries and the marketing of many lines of flooring and hard surface products including granite and stone. • Seven years in outside sales account management primarily in the fastener industry, including tooling and solvents, MRO, VMI and OEM supply. • Reared in the residential construction field in Omaha and working with my father a general contractor, gave me the foundation and knowledge of the commercial / residential building industry. It was my father that has instilled in me the qualities of self-worth, dedication and a strong work ethic.
