I am passionate about using technology to improve profitability while transforming business processes to be more agile in todays economic climate. As a Senior Director my role is to implement and steer the commercial, operational, and supply chain strategies to secure profitable revenue and ensure our clients and stakeholders are receiving exceptional service and intelligent solutions through their engagement with us. I am dedicated to creating a culture, environment and vision that enables teams to excel beyond their perceived potential, and to provide intelligent solutions to our clients which enables them to make profitable decisions when interacting with their customers. I use first principles thinking to reverse-engineer complicated problems and provide creative and innovative solutions. I implement this principle in all teams I work with. Following my articles in auditing and accounting, I spent a number of years at Deloitte honing my commercial and strategic skills as a manager in the Special Services group. Armed with a commercial artillery of skills backed by a solid financial grounding, I spent a number of years as a Commercial, Supply Chain and Financial Director with various multi-national businesses, where Technology, HR and Supply Chain reported into me as well as controlling the financial function. More recently, in my Commercial roles, I have honed my strategic operational and commercial skills while overseeing the development of SAAS platforms to deliver award winning solutions to clients in the B2B and B2C environment.
