A talented ICT and security engineering management professional with a broad skillset who has worked in the building asset industry for over twenty five years. This experience spans management roles, team leader roles, project management roles, quality and risk informed security, telecommunications and electronics engineering roles, including all project management and full systems delivery. I have a distinguished and proven track record managing staff and resources, developing systems and procedures, designing, leading, delivering and managing multi-million dollar building portfolio projects in both public and private sector environments. Complex major and minor works projects are always professionally managed, completed on budget to meet or exceed client and stakeholder requirements and expectations. I have significant experience in managing building systems design and implementation, developing strategies, initiatives and procedures, maintenance programs and defect management procedures during all project life stages. My core strengths lie in leading, captioning and undertaking a project from conception, transitioning through the design development and delivery process, to construction supervision, contract and project management through to the final outcome, all in a team environment.
