Twenty (20) years of senior leadership experience for sales and delivery of Federal contractor portfolios between $3 -$8M annually including full life-cycle marketing, thought leadership, lead generation, pipeline management, capture, proposals, pricing, staffing, and long-term award winning contract execution and follow-on work. Over 35 years of management and technical experience with all system acquisition life-cycle stages for the implementation of complex financial and business systems, as well as organizational transformation programs focused on improved enterprise performance management (Strategic Planning, EA, Portfolio Management, PMO): • 30 years of management consulting experience, including 19 with Headstrong Public Sector (formerly James Martin Government Consulting) and 12 years with BRMi • Established or led over fifteen (15) program and project management offices (PMO’s) • Led development of Portfolio Management processes for 6 organizations • Originated an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) framework for the integration of Enterprise Architecture (EA), Portfolio Management (PfM), and Project Management Office (PMO) service offerings; co-authored three associated White Papers. • Other experience and expertise primarily encompasses business process analysis, requirements definition, application solution selection and implementation, application development, business intelligence / data warehousing, systems integration, Independent Verification & Validation (IV & V), and testing.
