I am a Fellow Chartered Accountant, a 35 year + veteran of the accounting and business advisory profession, including 22 years as a Partner and Director of RSM Australia and an experienced Advisory Board Member, Director and CFO for small and medium businesses with a reputation for delivering simple, practical, results focused support to business owners across all industry sectors. I take a simplified approach to solving business issues and linking to personal wealth outcomes - whether that is commercialising an innovation or business model, raising investor capital or structuring the business for long term cash dividends. I drive practical business growth strategies that have been tested in the real world across all industries and all economic cycles. I'm focused on achieving results by partnering with business owners to solve issues and getting hands dirty to drive strategy rather than adopting the more passive, hands off approach taken by traditional business coaches, consultants and accountants. I often take Director, profit share or equity positions in companies to prove I'm happy to put my money where my mouth is!
