Experienced ICT Senior Support Engineer with a well demonstrated technical history in supporting multiple industries with service excellence. Over the years I have been primarily responsible for the IT infrastructure of various organizations including hardware, software, ERP systems, telecommunication and project roll out. I adopt quickly to changes within both the IT landscape as well as the organizational landscape. I prepare IT teams for changes and act as a change agent within these organizations. I manage the day-to-day operations of the IT functions, including development and implementation of the functional strategy. I have developed robust IT infrastructure for many organizations and also develop functional performance objectives. I am highly competent, sustainable and I apply my knowledge wherever I can.
