I have now been working for Bacardi for 9 Years. I started as a Bulk operator at the Poniel maturation site in 2009,I then moved to Warehousing Key Operator in 2014. Recently i was seconded to our head office in London Road, Glasgow. Here i worked as a stand in team leader. In this position i was overlooking bulk operations which included a blend centre, Warehousing, Tanker operations and also Spirit Preperation. After this secondment finished i then returned to The Poniel site and was promoted to Shift Lead, Running a shift of between 12-16 Operators and Key Operators.
