I have worked in the Adult Health & Social Care industry for over 18 years. I am proud to be working in my current position after being able to establish a successful care provider with ethics. I have managed to combine Recruitment & Healthcare into one job and develop this into a dream career. I founded Insignia Healthcare in 2009 to provide quality care to individuals in their own home. I wanted to establish a provider that is founded on ethics. More often than not, care is paid for by the state and for this reason it seems to be common practice to charge over the odds. With Insignia our charges are ethical, our training is way above standard and above all else I deeply care for every Patient and Carer we employ. Insignia was established with one thing on the agenda, Quality! Now in our second year, this has obviously been the key to our success. Quality is our corner stone and shines from our office team and every member of our care team. I am a current member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals. I am proud to say that my company has achieved Investors in People accreditation and in 2016 we will be going for gold. Now located in East Norwich I have finally set up a real life training flat where trainees can learn in a realistic environment. 2016 is a very exiting year for Insignia Healthcare as we expand into the nursing sector and into children's care.
