Proven ability to design, develop and deliver successful customer service training programmes. I am a very outgoing person with excellent verbal, written and social communication skills with an in depth understanding of customer service across diverse industries. I thrive in a team environment and currently manage 4 UK & Ireland based CS teams remotely, supporting financial products at retail and government level and ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction is maintained across the board. More recently, I have gained experience in managing an outsourced, third party CS team whilst continuing to support my own internal teams. This was to ensure the successful delivery of a short term government project and to ensure client satisfaction was achieved and maintained for the duration of the project.
