I have been a Field Service Manager in the Beverage and Forklift industries at two major corps Coca-Cola and Crown Equip, managing teams of people over different geographics of NSW, including all aspects of management budgets, KPI’s, fleet, inventory, projects, training, compliance and Safety My key to business success is by creating the right environment for success, read trends, build trust, engaging people into a culture that they want to be a part of. I am actively seeking a new work option, to learning new things. I am looking for an exciting opportunity where I can use my talents and that will challenge my skills I started my working career in the field of Refrigeration in a small family business, my duties include carrying out regular servicing, fault finding and breakdowns for refrigeration/ air conditioning units and beverage equipment, part of the job role also included sales and parts orders, I obtained my refrigeration trade quals, working for a small business instilled great values, to build intimate relationships with our customer, build trust, provide great quality work for the retention of business CCA as a workshop tech, prior to the Sydney Olympics a was promoted into a fountain install team leader role for the fountain installs for the activities around Sydney Olympic park, surrounding suburbs and venues The success in my application to duties led me to the position of Field Service Team Manager for Coca-Cola Amatil, over time team leading various teams across Sydney metro and NSW regional areas, maintaining a great team that works to high standards in all aspects of installation, service, repairs and maintenance work. Over the duration at CCA I expanded my education with, Business Front Line Mgmt NSW TAFE, Business Mgmt Housing Industry Assoc, WorkPlace Trainer Level 3, OH & S for Supervisors and Mgmt, Contractor Management NSW TAFE Coca-Cola European Partners brought CCA, I was offered a redundancy and quickly found a changing from cold drink equipment into the equipment manual handing space working for Crown Equipment, in a similar people management role, this was an exciting time moving from cold drink equipment to forklift trucks, my time at Crown was fulfilled with team management and expressing my (learnings from CCA) creativity and innovation to improve processes and achievement business results I have been active in the Australian army reserve, team sports and gym, I strongly believe these disciplines and the maintaining of physical fitness have served me well with direction and healthy work life balance
