Computer Aided Drafting and Design in the production of light and heavy OEM off-highway equipment, consumer displays, oil and gas engine monitoring and management products, as well as large engine fuel delivery systems. Design and manufacturing of lithium ion batteries as related to retro-fitting lead acid batteries for material handling equipment. Design experience regarding but not limited to: sand, die and investment castings, injection molded plastics, CNC machined parts, sheet metal and forming, welding, laser/water jet cutting, and 3D printing. CAD design in various types of vibration and manufacturing fixtures, assembly and test lab fixturing. Extensive software exposure to: Microsoft Office products, and an array of CAD and 3D design software mainly SolidWorks and other product data management software such as SolidWorks Enterprise PDM and Agile. Years of technical board drafting and illustration is also included. Exposure to 3D part scanning technology utilizing Creaform hardware and software. Over 50k hours of experience with CAD/3D related engineering design software. Drafting department management, protocol, and standards.
