I've been employed with Spectrum since 2014. I started as an Advanced Tech Support Representative (2014) and within 2 years began taking on other roles such as: peer mentor, progress partner, dedicated facilitator mentor, and presently Supervisor, Internet & Voice Division, in Greensboro, NC. Prior to being employed with Spectrum I was very fortunate to work directly under some amazing leaders. Each of my superiors taught me to embrace and advocate change, empower people, learn from my mistakes, keep an open-mindset, develop a deep understanding of my role and responsibilities, become a leader not a boss, be honest, respectful, approachable, and humble, I believe employees are a company's greatest asset. And the customers appreciation, value and need for the brands, products/services, and support - are directly correlated to the employees whom embrace the mission, vision and culture.
