After spending ten plus years in IT, I decided to begin the journey into a new career in the creative field within the culinary arts. As such, I attended and graduated from the international culinary center (formerly the French culinary institute) in SOHO in NYC. Since graduation, I have begun work in the creative field of new recipe development.
