I lead Authentik Consulting and Training, a firm dedicated to empowering organizations to embrace disruption and use those forces for transformation instead. To achieve this we rely on authentic, values-based leadership during highly disruptive times. With a background in higher education and extensive experience in student affairs, crisis management, and organizational resilience, I bring a unique perspective to our work, helping leaders build agile and sustainable practices in rapidly changing environments. Currently, in addition to my role with Authentik, I am proud to serve as Director of Student Affairs at North Island College, where we’re launching our first-ever student housing project—a transformative initiative not only for the college but for the surrounding communities we serve. This experience reinforces my commitment to community-centered change and highlights the impact that well-designed solutions can have on systems and the people they support. At Authentik Consulting, we prioritize client-focused strategies, clear communication, and solutions that truly reflect each organization’s needs. Our work spans policy review and refinement, leadership development, operational resilience, and program review, always coming back to a focus on leading through disruption and making it a transformation instead - because the only difference between these mechanisms is your leadership!
