About Craig Wallace

Injection Molding professional with 40 plus years of manufacturing experience, including 33 years working in the injection molding industry since 1990. Skilled in Product and Mold Design, Management and Development (R&D), Injection Molding Engineering, Leadership and Supervision, Problem Solving and Cost Savings Initiatives, and Project Management across a wide range of industries including the Medical, Electronic Connector, Automotive and Consumer industries. I have been fortunate in my experience to have learned hands-on from the ground up as a Mold-maker, Mold Designer, Project Manager, Tool Room Manager, and Injection Molding Process Engineering Manager. I have experience in all phases of a project, and have managed projects along with the personnel involved with those projects from start to finish, both Domestically and Off-Shore. I have consulted with customers to design their parts and the molds to make those parts. I've worked as a mold-maker to build and assemble molds I've designed, and I have been at the press to help process and troubleshoot those molds when they were sampled. My combined hands-on experience with projects from start to finish along with my strong analytical skills, have given me the insight and ability to solve problems and issues on molds that often go overlooked and missed by others, thus resulting in improved quality, increased production and reduced cost on your injection molded parts.
