Servicing customers within the banking and financial services industries has been my career passion. With each role, I continue to grow in my technical skill sets as well as my leadership style and how I engage with customers, team members, peers, and mentees. I learned early on the power of cultivating relationships internally and externally to advance company goals. Those relationships and the teams I have led are key factors for my success. I am active in inclusion and diversity efforts—something that is very close to my heart and resonates with me throughout my career.Most of my career has been with Bank of America/Merrill. I joined them in 2005 after starting my career at Jackson. Throughout my tenure, I have progressed in my career leading various functional and territorial areas for the company. Whether it was my tenure as VP of Corporate Finance, SVP of Service Charges, or SVP of Mortgage, one common theme resonates with all my roles. I developed high-performing teams that consistently delivered to our customers and successfully advanced company initiatives. The personal satisfaction I receive in seeing their performance is very rewarding to me. My ability to drive actions and measurable results by creating strategic KPIs and dashboards has been one of my proudest accomplishments.My career trajectory has expanded my banking knowledge while acclimating me to numerous banking functions and disciplines. I am adept in financial acumen, strategic planning, performance management, business development, and P&L management. Driving top-line growth while optimizing bottom-line performance has allowed me to deliver on numerous company initiatives. My engagement with my cross-functional partners across all my roles has delivered impressive results.I love what I do being part of a company that shares my values.
