I am an external facilitator at Toronto Metropolitan University, where I deliver professional development workshops for diverse employee groups. I have a PhD in organizational psychology, specializing in leadership, and a PQ certification in mental fitness coaching. I have over 25+ years of experience as a leader, and a breadth of experience in leadership development, coaching, mentoring, and consulting in various sectors, including healthcare, education, and business. My passion is to help people and organizations achieve their full potential by building self-awareness, social awareness, emotional literacy, and deep skills capabilities. I believe that these are the key factors for creating positive and inclusive work cultures, fostering innovation and collaboration, and enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction. I am also a mental health advocate, an equity champion, and a thought partner for HR, talent, and learning professionals. I value being strategic, people-focused, values-based, and culture-centric in everything I do. I strive each day to embrace learning, being in service to others, and practicing gratitude.
