About Cremel Burney

As an educator, content creator, business leader and program manager, my primary mission is to provide premium service while fostering collaboration and accountability amongst my team. I am committed to continuous learning, innovation, and service excellence in all areas of my professional and personal life. As an Army veteran I understand the importance of working as a team and accompanying intellect with common-sense. My strengths include higher education program management, digital content production, recruiting, logistics management, project management, and personnel training skills with proven success in process improvement. My passion is to promote equity and inclusion in education through providing focused programming for underrepresented minority students in STEAM, promoting professional education through culturally diverse marketing strategies, while creating and producing digital content for public consumption. Additionally, I have excelled at analyzing data, designing/implementing strategies, managing budgets, and providing leadership for diverse groups within complex organizations.
