About Creston Celeste

Starting when I was very young, my father always put big emphasis on me knowing how to be a good leader, provider, and problem solver. This is why I always found myself and my buddies always trying to fix up his dads car in the garage and helping the elderly lady across the street fix her door. When I was in grade school I started with cub scouts and went all the way to Boy Scouts and earned Eagle Scout when I was 17. This taught me a lot about leadership and how to interact and work with peers. During that time I worked a lot in food service and worked my way up to serving. This taught me all I know about how to engage with people and broaden my social skills. I’ve started going back to working with my hands and really enjoy fixing things for residents and enjoy how much a simple fix can change their day. It’s really interesting to go into work learning something new every day.I’ve been given multiple awards from my company like maintenance man of the month and associate of the quarter for my hunger for growth and my positive attitude at work.
