I possess in-depth knowledge of sustainability, climate- and nature-related risk as well as hands-on experience in habitat restoration and species monitoring. I have extensive experience across capital markets, risk management, green bonds, environmental sustainability and ESG. My goal is to always embrace leadership roles that guide others toward a more sustainable financial system through smart, holistic solutions that cross social and environmental dimensions. I have a thorough background in climate science and policy as well as decarbonization strategies. I am familiar with international policy infrastructure Paris Agreement, IPCC). I have extensive knowledge of biodiversity and nature-related risks as well as a thorough grounding in policy structures including the ESA, CBD, CITES and IPBES. I am also familiar with biodiversity reporting including TNFD. I thoroughly enjoy writing and creating high impact presentations for various stakeholders as well as developing multiyear strategies and roadmaps. I have experience in equity, debt and fixed-income investor relations and know how to effectively communicate with various audiences from clients and customers to executives and public sector decision-makers. My experience includes drafting ESG reports (CDP, GRI, SASB/ISSB, TCFD), press releases, product announcements and web disclosures. I also regularly lead webinars on climate change and biodiversity to audiences between 50-300+ participants. My leadership style focuses on creating an inclusive environment where individuals have clear development paths and opportunities to grow as a team.
