I’ve built custom Salesforce solutions for Fortune 500 companies, scaled enterprise systems to improve engagement, and streamlined operations with creative, human-centric approaches. My expertise spans the Salesforce ecosystem, including platform design, custom development, integrations, and enterprise-wide strategies. My academic journey includes a double major in Psychology and Languages with a specialization in Cognitive Neuroscience and Italian. I later earned a master’s degree in Performance Psychology from DU. As a cognitive neuroscience lab lead, I’ve conducted EEG/ERP data collection, cognitive assessments, and cognitive bias experiments while using predictive data analysis to inform cutting-edge research. My work includes building a language learning model of the human brain—an early form of Artificial Intelligence that shaped my understanding of computational linguistics and natural language processing. These experiences, paired with expertise in human memory, learning, physiology, neural networks, and interpersonal dynamics, allow me to design AI systems that are innovative, scientifically rigorous, and profoundly empathetic. Years in tech have honed my proficiency in coding languages, and my learning curve for new ones is exceptional. Multilingual with native fluency in Italian and English, I have B1–2 proficiency in Romance languages and can quickly reach fluency when needed.
