About Cristian Jaquez

At Softtek, the team is focused on ensuring the quality and performance of enterprise applications through test automation, leveraging tools such as Appvance and programming languages like JavaScript. Collaboration and effective management within Agile Scrum environments are essential to daily operations. Combined with the use of JIRA for task and defect tracking, these practices contribute to strengthening the reliability of client systems—such as those of Liberty Mutual Insurance—through comprehensive API testing and thorough data validation. In addition to testing and automation, I currently lead the onboarding and technical enablement of client teams migrating to Appvance. Acting as a bridge between engineering teams and Liberty Mutual stakeholders, I design tailored onboarding plans, deliver proof of concept demos, and provide hands-on guidance to ensure successful tool adoption. My responsibilities include creating training materials, assisting with repository structure and script optimization, and communicating project progress and blockers to management. I focus on empowering teams to become self-sufficient with Appvance, while promoting best practices that enhance maintainability and scalability in automation efforts.
