About Cristina Driver

I’m a design-driven Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience delivering branded retail, hospitality, and experiential spaces across the U.S. With a foundation in architecture and a passion for fashion, I specialize in bringing big ideas to life—on time, on budget, and always with creative integrity.I’ve led projects for global brands like Mejuri, Starbucks, and Victoria’s Secret, managing cross-functional teams and vendors through all phases of design and execution. From navigating city approvals to reviewing shop drawings to solving unexpected site challenges, I thrive in the complex, fast-paced world of retail environments. My role often serves as the bridge between creative vision and technical delivery—and I love making that connection seamless.Outside of the studio, I’m a maker at heart. I design and sew fashion accessories, and have sold my work at seasonal pop-ups—an experience that fuels my appreciation for how visual storytelling and physical space shape brand perception. I believe great design is both crafted and curated, and I bring that philosophy into every project I lead.Driven to Deliver Design That InspiresLet’s connect.
