I’m driven by helping teams build systems that work—because when systems work, people can focus on what matters most: students and communities. For the past 8+ years, I’ve worked at the intersection of operations, professional learning, and coaching. My focus has been helping teams design smarter systems, lead more efficiently, and grow their capacity to do meaningful work. Whether it’s building knowledge platforms, designing professional learning, or coaching leaders one-on-one, I’m focused on making things clearer, more effective, and built to last. The kinds of challenges I help solve usually sound like this: “We don’t have a clear process for this.” “We need professional learning that’s clear, relevant, and drives outcomes—not just box-checking." “We’re doing good work, but we don’t have systems to help us grow.” That’s where I come in—designing tools, processes, and learning spaces that help teams move from scattered to strategic. And I don’t just build the systems—I stay with teams through implementation, coaching them to build confidence as they work. While my background is rooted in education, these skills translate far beyond it. Every sector depends on strong systems, clear communication, and leadership that brings out the best in people. And honestly—all of us start with education in some way. The work I’ve done supporting leaders, building efficient teams, and designing growth strategies applies anywhere that people are doing important work. Highlights of my work so far: 8+ years designing and facilitating adult learning 100+ educators and leaders supported through professional development and coaching Onboarded an entire organization to a knowledge management system to increase team efficiency. Designed and managed in-person retreats for remote teams, hosted in cities nationwide.
