With over ten years of experience in the disaster restoration industry, I currently serve as Member Relations Manager at Royal Plus, Inc, a trusted leader in large loss and emergency response services nationwide. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management and have built a strong track record of strengthening partnerships, expanding vendor networks, and driving operational excellence in high-demand environments. In my current role, I oversee RPLink — our strategic group purchasing program that empowers independently owned restoration companies to leverage collective buying power for trusted equipment, supplies, and vendor services. I also lead recruitment, onboarding, and support for our RPCAT program — a network of certified contractors ready for large loss and CAT events. Beyond vendor and member relations, I manage end-to-end bid development, including complex RFP submissions and cooperative purchasing contracts. I’m also boots-on-the-ground when needed, supporting large loss teams during hurricanes, floods, and other catastrophic events. I thrive on bridging strategy with execution — simplifying processes, championing vendor partnerships, and helping restoration companies grow stronger together. I’m always open to connecting with peers, vendors, and industry leaders to share ideas and build resilience across the restoration community.
