About Crysta Stella

As a Business Development Representative at United Rentals, I am responsible for providing equipment rental and sales solutions to customers based out of Kansas no matter where their job leads them. I have over nine years of experience in the equipment rental industry, working my way up from Operations Manager to Logistics Manager to Territory Manager and currently Business Development Representative. I have a strong track record of building long-term customer relationships, managing inventory and delivery vehicles, sourcing and moving equipment, and reducing costs. I am also a certified trainer for Liberty Mutual Defensive Driving, and a certified Practical Evaluator for various types of lifts and forklifts. Additionally, I am an Emergency Medical Technician and a First Aid provider, and I volunteer as a firefighter in my community. I am passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion of women in construction, and I served as the Mid Central Region Women United Leader at United Rentals. I also have an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Rasmussen College, and I am skilled in Microsoft programs and typing. My goal is to help customers achieve their projects safely and efficiently, and to grow professionally within the company.
