Since August I have done Federal Government contracting as a detailed Contract Specialist (CS), Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR)/Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Program Manager (PM) and Ordering Officer (OO)- over 14 years. I have my COTR/COR and PM certifications. I have specialties in the Federal contracting areas of A&E, construction and IT. I do real estate investment and will be a real estate agent with a real estate broker and company in Upper Marlboro/Bowie, MD, by the end of the year. I also do lots of community/volunteer work and event planning - currently especially with my church.
