About Crystal Baldwin

In her early 20's Crystal discovered essential oils and started making her own aromatherapy skin care products. She and her sister opened a shop where many of these products were developed and sold. Her day job was working in western medicine. After 18 years working in the medical field in different specialites, including 16 years as a certified opthalmic technician for a team of eye surgeons in Washington DC, Crystal left western medicine and attended the Baltimore school of massage, finishing her certification and taking the board exam for national certification as well. She then moved to Colorado, studying an advanced Spa certification at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy becoming a Certified Spa Elements Therapist and starting her massage practice. She took a short break for 2 months and lived in Thailand to study Thai massage being awarded a level I and level II certification in Nuad Bo-Rarn Thai Massage. After returning from Thailand she continued working in her studio and studied more in depth aromatherapy, herbalism, natural skin care formulating, vibrational healing, nutrition and custom aromatherapy formulatting. She then returned to school and trained at the Concentric Healing Institute for holistic skin care in Boulder Colorado. She finished her advanced certification and during this time she also traveled to France to study aromatherapy with Dr. Daniel Penoel and Dr. Kurt Schnaubelt in a masters aromatherapy Course. She followed this with her continued studies of herbal medicine at the Center for integrative Botanicals Studies in Boulder CO. She incorporated all of these skills in her practice and ran a private studio for 10 years. After closing her studio she has now moved on to a new adventure, bringing all of her knowledge to a larger audience in her boutique in Golden Co. The boutique also has a teaching kitchen where classes, events and workshops are held.
