About Crystal Bascon

Hello, I attended community college right out of high school and found myself interested in Art History and Humanities. I took several studio arts classes that include Graphic Design and Photoshop. During my time in college I also worked for the Slide Library where I learned some library aide work and assisted art professor gather material such as books, dvds, vhs, and slides for their lectures. At the same time I entered the Cannabis Industry in 2014 and when 2017 came I began working at a legal dispensary. This is where I learned to become a better budtender in a retail setting. I kept improving and I was given the title as Shift Lead and guided my team through tough times and success. They saw me improve and then gave me the title as Assistant Sales Manager and saw even more tough times as still guided the team to success. I became a great leader and teacher. Now I am looking for something that will level me up in the cannabis industry. Whether that be a territory manager for a major distro or even be the general manager at a new dispensary. I believe I am supportive leader and guide that shows passion with my words and actions.
