Crystal is an experienced Recruiter with 15 years helping individuals achieve their career goals. She fell into recruiting early on in her career, realizing she could make a career out of her passion for helping others. This passion stems from a lifetime and love of team sports and coaching where she has been able to provide guidance and support throughout various stages of her personal and professional journey. She got her start in recruiting helping insurance agents with their dream to build their own agency from there transitions into a 9 year career hunting for Emergency Medicine Physicians to work in Rural Emergency departments to elevate the healthcare communities and provide the quality care needed. Most recently she has found a home at UKG, contributing to the success of the business supporting Sales, Global Alliances, and Marketing. As a seasoned professional, she has honed her skills in business strategy, sourcing, building relationships and leading, enabling others to thrive in their careers and paving the way for their success.Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, Crystal is actively engaged in initiatives to foster a more inclusive workplace. Frequently participating in PowerToFly events, leveraging the platform to highlight the value candidates can bring to UKG by looking at transferable skills and looking at backgrounds that can bring in diverse thought and innovation. Dedicated to driving positive change, she actively contributes to various Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and serve as a Co-Lead for the UNIDOS Learning and Career Workstream, as well as a member of PRIDE, BUILD and NEST.
