About Crystal Callow

Currently part time with Mission Housing enabling affordable housing solutions for key Christian workers. Part time working as a Hall Manager and Lay Minister at a Church of England parish in SE London. A working background in para-church ministry, I'm a career administrator with a love for event and relationship management (Myers Briggs ENFJ). I am a Licenced Lay Minister (Reader) in the Church of England, and am actively involved in the leadership of my church as part of the ministry team (preaching, teaching, leading, pastoral). I also manage the church community hall / space. I work with and support Noel Robinson (UK Worship Leader) as the KWM Event Manager and part of his project team. I was part of the team that set up Premier Christian Radio, and worked there for 13 years in various roles in admin management, HR and Marketing (1993-2007), I have worked with Olave Snelling running the Christian Broadcasting Council and its national media awards and parliamentary events (for approximately 5 years up until around 2009). I’ve worked with an HIV/AIDS charity providing respite/befriending care for children affected by HIV. I have spent many months supporting projects in Zimbabwe (teaching, admin and mission work) and Mozambique (I helped build a house), and have visited projects in Malawi and Kenya, I menu design, implement and deliver catering for private functions, and occasionally come out of event management retirement to help friends and family! In September 2017 I went on pilgrimage to the Northern Spanish Camino Santiago de Compostella (Santiago/Finisterre). I returned to Spain to walk again in 2019. My feet will never be the same.
