Hi. I'm Crystal. With 20 years of salon and beauty industry experience, I possess unique, holistic views on brand, operations, and people management in the personal care space. I know what pros need, what consumers want, and how to build strategies to deliver it to them. What my experience and resume can't show are the intangible elements I bring: Tenacity. Empathy. The ability to make lasting, meaningful connections both personally and professionally. I am unafraid to speak up and approach difficult situations bravely. I am emotionally intelligent and balance logic and emotion for humanistic problem solving. My communication styles are nimble; I am as comfortable interacting one on one with a consumer as I am presenting to the C-Suite. I effectively communicate complex ideas in an approachable, warm fashion and know how to actively listen and engage. I will absolutely bring levity when it's needed. My commitment to mental health awareness, transparency, and normalization in the workspace is unparalleled. My own therapeutic journey has made me a greater asset as an employee and colleague, and I am pursuing a new degree to enable me to help others start on their journeys to personal and professional wellness.
