How many people can say they actually enjoy what they do? I get to work with fire every single day. And, I love it. My passion hasn't always been in the hearth industry. At a young age I began working in my family's Pawn Shop developing business management, customer service, and negotiation skills that would later inspire my degree in International Business and Marketing. Fresh out of college in 2004, I took a job with Dell EMC that developed into a 9 year career. I moved from direct sales to financial sales, spent some time in management, and eventually landed in an senior financial account management role. It was at Dell Financial Services where I developed expertise in project management, account management, and solution selling. With a background in small business management and a second major in marketing, my move to Fireside Concepts to help develop and grow the company, was a natural progression. At Fireside Concepts I do a little bit of everything with an emphasis on business management, sales, and marketing. But in a small business, we all chip in and do what it takes to make our business run efficiently, grow year over year, and ensure customer satisfaction. Sometimes I'm the accountant, web developer, or even the janitor; that's why my title is the Director of Combustion. Fireside Concepts has been in business since providing prompt, expert installation and service of fireplaces. Originally focusing on new home construction, we have expanded our scope to handle commercial construction, and direct-to-consumer sales/installation with a brick and mortar showroom and an online e-commerce website. At Fireside Concepts, we sell and install all types of indoor and outdoor fireplaces from zero-clearance to full masonry, grills, outdoor kitchens, fire-pits, infrared heaters, gas lanterns, and other fire and fire-related items.
