I’m a healthcare leader with a passion for building stronger, more accessible systems of care—particularly in behavioral health. With a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration (DHA), and credentials including FACHE, BCBA, LBA, and IBA, I’ve spent over a decade leading multidisciplinary teams and overseeing complex operations across psychiatry and behavioral health services. My leadership style is collaborative, strategic, and people-centered. I believe that operational excellence and compassionate care go hand-in-hand. Whether managing budgets, launching new services, or guiding teams through regulatory accreditation, I lead with intention and data. I’ve been proud to drive financial turnarounds and patient engagement, and achieve the highest level of team engagement—all while growing access to critical services. Colleagues describe me as calm under pressure, approachable, and someone who brings clarity and structure to complexity. I love mentoring emerging leaders, partnering across disciplines, and tackling tough system challenges through innovation, empathy, and accountability. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, getting lost in a good book, catching a Broadway show, and spending time outdoors with my family. These moments keep me grounded and energized for the important work we do in healthcare. My areas of expertise include behavioral health operations, healthcare strategy, program development, regulatory compliance, financial management, and talent development.
