I manage and lead various elevator engineering/manufacturing projects in the elevator motor control, machine, and escalator industry. As part of the sales team, my responsibilities include quoting, planning project scope, assigning duties to the manufacturing and engineering teams, overseeing manufacturing and controlling processes, validating design deliverables, and coordinating elevator systems' delivery to customers. Moreover, I manage and foster relationships with our vendors and our drop ship facilities. This ensures that the elevator team receives materials on time for installation and that these materials meet regulatory standards. Lastly, I facilitate and schedule elevator motor controls and machines' installation into our customers' retail and commercial buildings resulting in monthly elevator sales of ~2 million dollars. • Support territory managers in sales retention and growth. Sales registration, sales quoting, sales booking, sales to engineering using CRM systems (SAP). • Build customer relationships with existing and new customers. • Business acumen experience with analytical skills to prioritize sales growth. • Effective team player with capabilities of working effectively and independently. • Comprehension of territory growth and developing new long-term customer relationships to provide products and services. • Analyze and prioritize business acumen specifically for sales funnel management.
